Brodie-Innes, Frederick Leigh Gardner, Allan Bennett, Dr. R. W. Felkin, Christina M. Stoddart, Madame Horos and, of course, Aleister Crowley. Although written nearly fifty years ago it remains the standard reference on the subject.
