Arnold and Patricia Crowther were one of England's most famous witch couples. The Crowthers, relentless in their constant search for missing fragments of the "Old Religion" were both witches in the Gardnerian tradition. Gerald Gardner initiated Patricia into Witchcraft, and she in turn initiated Arnold. Gardner performed the Witches handfasting ceremony at their wedding. They also had a civil ceremony to make it legal.
May lost "secrets" and ceremonies are included in The Secrets of Ancient Witchcraft. And there are answers to many of the questions people ask about Witchcraft.
- That does the word Witchcraft really mean?
- Is Witchcraft a religion?
- Do Witches believe in Black Magic?
- Are there Good and Bad Witches?
- Do Witches believe in Christ?
- How can you make a love charm?
- What are stone circles?
The Witches Tarot is based on authentic Craft symbolism and is unique and unlike any other Tarot deck. This is the first time it has ever been presented in public. Unlike the sleek professionalism of so many other decks, The Witches Tarot's charm lies in its simplicity, compatible to the old ways of the Wise Ones.
